Bitteschön /ˈbɪtə ʃøːn/ is a German phrase often used as a response to ‘thank you’ meaning you’re welcome or my pleasure. It’s also expressed when offering or handing something to someone. Bitte means please and schön means beautiful but together form an expression of courtesy. I hope in our work together you receive something well.
