Career coaching
A partner for designers navigating change
This is your time
Design is collaborative — in our daily work and in the way we build our careers. I offer mentorship and strategic coaching for designers who want clarity, stronger leadership skills, and a practice that reflects who they’re becoming.
This program is for moments of transition: a role shift, a career change, or the desire to start something new. The industry is in motion, and even seasoned designers are asking what’s next. You don’t need to figure it out alone.
Working solo gives you autonomy and space to dream, but bringing that vision to life requires support, honest reflection, and a steady partner. That’s what our work offers: a warm, direct relationship that helps you understand what you want — and take steps toward it with confidence. We cannot control the length of our life, but we can do something about its width and depth.
To get started, book a free session with me. We’ll use it to vibe check and think about how we could work together.
