My coaching offers guidance for folks who typically work in the Design Org, especially emerging leaders and new managers.
Packages
Introduction - 1 session
$100 (One-time offer) — Exploratory session and vibe check for new clients to make immediate progress on a challenge.
Sprint - 5 sessions
$1,200 — Make progress on a key challenge, activate a role or job change, or hands on design pairing in-the-file.
Deep Dive - 10 sessions
$2,200 — Shape your long term path, develop leadership skills, and activate the opportunities to get you there.
This is your time
I support designers and managers at all levels. We’ll work together across your career journey from interview coaching to shaping a vision for your life and career. As a manager and designer at top Silicon Valley companies for over 15 years, I can help you make your current role work for you or shift your work to something new. We cannot control the length of our life but we can do something about its width and depth.
Fine Print
Duration and Frequency
All sessions are 45-minutes and remote meeting every other week unless planned otherwise. However, if we want to go deeper on something like a pairing session or mock interview, we’ll meet for 90-minutes accounting for two sessions.
Cancellation Policy
Things come up. I kindly request 48-hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Last minute cancelations or no-shows will incur a 100% charge which cannot be refunded or applied to a future appointment. However, if we can mutually agree on a new time that works, you will not be charged for the cancelled or missed appointment.
Payments
New Clients
To get started, please book a time here. I will email you a payment link for $100 to confirm our appointment.
Payment Methods
All payments are transacted securely through Square. I prefer to invoice you via ACH (direct deposit from your bank). I recognize some folks use their company’s growth fund and must use a credit card, which I can accommodate if needed.
Sliding Scale
If these packages are out of range, especially if you were recently laid off or are underrepresented in tech, talk to me. I will work with you to find a solution.

Confidentiality
I agree to maintain complete confidentiality regarding information shared by you, personal or professional, regardless of the timeframe, people, or employers involved. This is intended to promote transparency and anticipate potential conflicts of interest.

Shared Employer Disclosure
If you are currently employed by a company that I am also working for or whom I have worked for in the past 6 months, I will encourage you to disclose our working relationship to your employer. If you are not sure, let's talk.
Social Media
The story online is never the full story. While working together, I kindly request we do not follow each other on personal social media. Professional communities like Linkedin are ok. This level ensures we are operating within the same context: our work together.
