It took a long time for me to find mentors, and even longer to know how to use them.

Today, I still work as designer to stay close to the tools and daily challenges. Working solo on your career or team gives you autonomy, a voice, and space to carve your vision. But bringing it to life comes with having to figure out a lot on your own. Let’s go at it together.

My work is influenced by psychoanalytic practices including free association (saying whatever comes to mind), developing your personal autonomy, and using how we intuitively feel as a meaningful data point. I blend my experience as a practicing designer, seasoned manager, and weathered interviewer to shape a career path that resonates with the life you want to build.
